We were invited for a Cocktail night to this place and Fio Cookhouse & Bar manages to stand on sturdy grounds of great food, classy ambiance and an overall a satisfying experience.
Ambiance: The restaurant has a wonderful open space perfect for winter season and calm evenings. One can also choose to sit inside and get cosy. Contemporary architecture and quaint elements clubbed with a earthy vibrant lend a pretty warm touch to the restaurant which is pretty huge in area. Large windows and dividing curtains between the lounge area and the bar lent a neat touch. The atmosphere is perfect for dates or even outings with your friends.
Service: It is efficient but needs improvement.The only problem we faced was continuous order placing for the same cocktail or food to different servers before it was served to us.
Food: Good in quantity and the presentation is pretty neat.

• Beetroot Nut & Cheese Cake
• Keema and Pea tacos
• Lime grilled fish poached in a garlic pepper butter.
& Prawn Shooters
Drinks: Perfect execution!
• Belini Martini: A peachy Vodka concoction. Recommended.
• Cosmopolitan: Vodka,Cointreau, Cranberry & LimeJuice
• Its Me 18 Now: Orange Vodka, Lavender, Cointreau & Cranberry
Verdict: Fine Dining in all its essence from the vibe to the carefully devised food and bar menu.
Impressive enough to knock out to good degree.
