Just when I think I'm done with the organizing, I find more chaos to tame. That's what happened when I pulled out my embroidery supplies to work on my quilt rehab. I was so filled with anxiety when I peeked inside that I couldn't even start my project until I had tamed it.
Seriously, doesn't that make your hands clammy? No wonder I haven't spent any time embroidering in ages. I have all of these adorable samplers just waiting for me to play with, but every time I opened my box it was filled with the mess above.
Can we just talk about how happy this makes me? Organized color? Come on! Does life even get better than that? Something tells me that you'll be seeing a lot of projects with colored thread coming from me for awhile.
In the meantime my embroidery basket is all happy and organized and no longer stressing me out.
Now when I open the lid I'm immediately excited to start a new project! If you would like to pick up a needle you can find great samplers from Pam Garrison, Charlotte Lyons and Rebecca Ringquist. If you have any other recommendations I'd love to hear them.
