Southern Sector of Borodino: play test

The Hartford Area Historical Gaming Society (HAHGS) recently did a playtest of the southern half of Borodino in preparation for their Battle of Borodino scenario to be staged at Historicon in July. See Peter's "Blunders on the Danube" blog for his detailed, witting and interesting report of the game.

A highlight (or low-light for a Francophile like me) was the Opolchenye units, many of the figures having pikes and one of which routed a unit of Poles! How could such things be allowed to happen?!
